Grief Unwrapped
6-week Grief Support Program
Crafted for: Individuals navigating significant loss who seek healing through faith and community
When loss turns our world upside down, we often wonder if we'll ever find our footing again. Grief Unwrapped is a six-week faith-based support program that creates a safe, confidential space for individuals to explore how grief, when approached with faith and community, can reveal unexpected gifts of healing, purpose, and deeper connection to God and others.
Based on the first six chapters of "21 Gifts: A Sacred Dance Through Grief and Healing" by Chaplain Raewyn Elsegood, this program offers practical tools, spiritual guidance, and compassionate community for anyone walking through the valley of loss. Through music, reflection, creative exercises, and gentle guidance, participants discover that even with broken hearts, we can find new rhythms of hope.
